Euphoria is a collection of multi-layered posters that chronicle my personal journey of overcoming mental and physical health challenges. The posters are organized into chapters that reflect different phases of my life and demonstrate how mental and physical health are interdependent and influence one another. The design of these posters utilizes 3-D rendering software and incorporates real MRI and CT scan results. The rendered images depict the capsule of life, including the various transitions.

The written pieces are artistically crafted with a personal poetic tone and are layered on top of the rendered posters on translucent sheets to create a unique and personal experience for viewers who are to experience this journey in real time. The aim of this project is to create a relatable and universal message about healthy mind-body relationships and how mental and physical health are codependent. Through Euphoria, I hope to inspire others to overcome their own challenges and to promote awareness about the importance of mental and physical health in achieving a state of euphoria.
